Ross Chaffin is a
registered patent attorney. Ross's areas of practice include intellectual property, business transactions
and general litigation. As a law student at the University of
Oklahoma, Ross’s comment “The Growth of Cost-Shifting in Response to
the Rising Cost and Importance of Computerized Data in Litigation”
was published in the Oklahoma Law Review.
While an undergraduate, Ross was recognized for his work researching safe, cost-effective ways to deal with high arsenic levels in central Oklahoma groundwater.
Ross is a member of the Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, Federal Courts for the Western District of Oklahoma and the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
