TRMG Reaches Multi-Million Dollar Settlement Agreement

Tomlinson, Rust, McKinstry & Grable reaches a multi-million dollar settlement agreement on a Parret claim against an employer oil company and its insurance carrier. The firm's client was rendered a paraplegic when his employer continued to use equipment known to be defective. The case was filed in 2007, and a declaratory judgment action was filed by the insurance carrier asserting that no coverage existed because of the employer's intentional act. Both cases were resolved before trial in December, 2009.
