Judge Finds for TRMG client in corporate case

Tomlinson, Rust, McKinstry & Grable's Toby McKinstry successfully defended an Oklahoma manufacturing company from claims of fraud and misconduct. Judge Robin Cauthron of the Western District of Oklahoma held that the Plaintiffs had not produced enough evidence at trial to sustain its claims, and found for the Defendant as a matter of law.
